Refund policy

All Arteries.city posters are printed to order, so please check the size, paper and city theme carefully before paying.

Damaged or defective items

If your poster arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, email info@arteries.city within 30 days of delivery and attach a clear photo showing the problem. You do not need to return the item. We will reprint it or refund you, whichever is more suitable.

The following are not treated as defects: colour differences between screen and print, a size deviation of up to 1 inch (about 2.5 cm), and a print shift of up to 0.5 inch (about 1.3 cm).

Parcel not delivered

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery time, write to us. We will check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, reprint it or refund you. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the buyer pays for re-shipping.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us by email at info@arteries.city. Write to us before sending the item and we will give you the return address. You must send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. The buyer pays the return shipping. The item must be unused and well packed, and the poster must not be folded. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

When we do not refund

We do not refund for ordering mistakes (for example, the wrong size or theme chosen), or if you change your mind after the 14-day period, because the poster is made specially for you.

Disputes

Please write to us first and we will try to resolve everything. If we cannot agree, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
