General

These terms apply to purchases on arteries.city. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them, together with the shipping and refund policies and the privacy policy.

Products and prices

We sell printed map posters of Lithuanian cities. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result. Prices are shown in euros, and the final price including shipping is shown at checkout. The seller reserves the right to correct obvious price or description errors, in which case the order is cancelled and any payment refunded.

Orders and payment

The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not see or store your card details.

Production, delivery and returns

Posters are printed to order and shipped by our production partner. Delivery times, defects, lost parcels and the right of withdrawal are described in the shipping and refund policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The poster designs are the property of Arteries.city. Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors. After buying a poster you may use it for personal purposes. Copying or reselling the designs is not permitted.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses whose causes are beyond our control (carrier operations, customs, force majeure). This does not limit your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies, and consumers keep the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence. We try to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
