Production

All posters are printed to order and shipped directly from our production partner. Production starts right after payment, and its time is included in the total delivery time below.

Estimated delivery time

• Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark: usually 7–15 business days.
• Germany and Czechia: usually 4–8 business days.
• Other EU countries: usually 7–15 business days.
• Other countries: usually 7–20 business days.

These are estimates. They may be longer because of holidays, courier workload or customs.

Price and tracking

The shipping price depends on the country and the number of posters. It is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Once your parcel is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. Large orders may be shipped in several parcels.

Address, customs and taxes

Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer pays for re-shipping. Parcels delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

Parcel not delivered

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time, first check the tracking information and ask at your local post office, then write to info@arteries.city. The possible solutions are described in the refund policy.
